We do not download your documents, and your data is encrypted at rest and in transit with military-grade security. Each client has its own encryption key.
Your data is private and remains so, even internally. By default, Outmind respects existing access, and users do not see the title or content of items that are not shared with them.
We offer our customers a dedicated instance that ensures complete data isolation. Our servers (ISO 27001 certified) are located in France, and support HTTPS and the latest version of TLS.
