Protecting your privacy

Outmind is RGPD compliant, and provides a highly secure environment to each customer.
To guarantee this, we have invested in regular audits of our technical infrastructure by third party cyber security companies.

Certifications

We are committed to meeting the highest security standards at all times. Our hosting infrastructures are certified ISO 27001:2013, SSAE16 SOC1, SOC2, SOC3, guaranteeing the inviolability of your data. In addition, third-party service providers perform automatic penetration tests on our platform on a daily basis, and we carry out comprehensive security audits of our infrastructure and applications every year. These certificates are auditable by our customers.

Data Encryption

We do not and never will have access to your data, which is encrypted at rest and in transit with a military level of security. Each client has its own encryption key.

High confidentiality

Your data is private and remains so, even internally. By default, Outmind respects existing access, and users do not see the title or content of items that are not shared with them.

Dedicated hosting

We offer our customers a dedicated instance of Outmind, ensuring physical isolation of their data. Our servers (ISO 27001 certified) are located in France, and support HTTPS and the latest version of TLS.
