How do you adapt Outmind to engineering roles?
For several years, we have worked with numerous engineering professionals to gain a detailed understanding of the most common types of documents and recurring use cases: studies, requests for proposals, technical or contractual documents, regulatory issues, and compliance. The preconfigured business assistants for these topics are then tailored to your processes, with support for getting started and managing change.
Why might Outmind's pricing be more cost-effective on a large scale?
Because it does not include an Outmind license for each employee who has access to the system. The budget depends on the indexed volume, AI usage, and the services selected. To make the search available to an entire user base, the total cost may therefore be lower than that of a per-user plan. This can be verified by comparing two quotes with comparable scopes.
Can we make Outmind available to everyone without giving them access to all the documents?
Yes. Access to the product and access to a document are two separate things. Outmind respects the rights granted by the sources: each employee should only be able to view the content they are authorized to access. The configuration of connectors and identities is verified during deployment.
Is Outmind already available in Copilot via MCP?
This integration will be announced soon; it is not yet listed as available. You can use the Outmind search engine and assistants directly. The option to connect to Copilot will be available in compatible environments after activation.
