We ran into problems with data ranking and relevance due to the amount of unstructured data we were indexing. This has caused problems with user adoption. This service and guidance is something we never really got from Coveo when I used the product. The relevance controls were very simplistic and didn't give us much control.

Coveo is currently being implemented in our company's ecosystem. A lot of files are stored on this portal and employees can search the portal to find what they need. That's where we use Coveo. Coveo does its job, but it has its shortcomings. The results displayed by Coveo are not always relevant and are not sorted.
